I Call Amazing every Spring and Fall, They do my A/C and my Furnace cleaning every year now for the past 5 years. They are some of the nicest guys you’ll ever meet, and they do a great job. You could call 100 different companies that do this type of work, but if you are looking for the best in quality and really friendly people Amazing is your best bet. They come when they say they are coming, they are very clean and respectful. They have my business for life.

I have used Amazing for furnace cleaning, air conditioning cleaning, and recent whole house humidifier installation. Each time they were prompt and accommodating in scheduling appointments. Every time the serviceman, Joel, was very thorough and courteous. He offered money saving suggestions for making my furnace and central air conditioner run more efficiently and last longer. He explained the maintenance required to make my humidifier work properly. Today I purchased a carbon monoxide detector through WBIG. I am confident that I will be satisfied again. In the past my cousin serviced my HVAC system at my old house. Since I moved further to Aurora I am happy that WBIG has found me a competent company to replace my cousin in my new home. They have also kept my costs for those services inexpensive!

On March 6, 2009, Amazing Inc. replaced my 35-year-old furnace with their Payne High-Efficiency Furnace. I first met with Doug, the owner, to go over the details and set a date and time for installation. The service technician arrived as scheduled and within 3.5 hours the old furnace was removed and the new furnace installed and all the debris cleared and hauled away. The AMAZING service was truly “AMAZING!”
